YOGA

Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.

We offer 2 Yoga Classes

Monday night from 5:30 – 6:30 is our gentle yoga using floor mats. We may have an extra mat but encourage you to bring your own. We ask that you remove your shoes and socks as this gives you the grip and balance you will need on your mat. No one is turned away and help is given to those who may be doing this for the very first time.

Thursday night from 5:30 – 6:30 is chair yoga. This is for those that may have difficulty getting up and down from the floor but would still like to experience the breathing techniques and relaxation.
