Children's Programs
For our children's Safety, a Child Protection Policy is in place with an active Children's Council Board
Children's Moment Mid way through our 10:30 am Worship service children up to the 3rd grade are invited to the altar for a "kid's size" sermon. This time is lead by church members and pastors and is designed to bring the sermon to a child's level. Any church member interested in presenting this five minute storytime is asked to speak with the Children's Ministry Director Topics are provided. Help bring God's word to the mind of a child!
Children's Church Following the Children's Moment during the 10:30 am Worship service, children grades Kindergarten through 3rd are invited to our Gathering Room for Children's Church. This time is designed to allow the children to worship in a setting full of songs, stories and prayer time. Children's Church lasts for the entire Worship service with the exception of Communion Sunday where the children are brought back into the Sanctuary to participate in the Lord's Supper with their family. This time is lead by church members with topics and resourses provided by the Children's Director.
B.I.G. Kids Club Activities for Elementary Age Children, grades 3-5, happen most Sunday nights from 5-7 PM.
Sunday School for ALL ages begins 9:15 AM Sundays.
Children's Choirs Learning to sing & praise the Lord. Groups from 2 years old to 5th grade, meet Wednesday between 6 & 7 PM. Choirs preform monthly & at special services.
Other Children's Programs Vacation Bible School, Nursery, Summer Music Camp, Christmas Pageant, Easter Egg Hunt and Craft Celebration, Children's Sabbath, Monthly Missions, Fall Festival
Family Programs Family Fun Days: outdoor play, movies, dances Splash Parties:outdoors, Family Outing Days: trips, picnics Hanging of the Greens: 1st Sunday of Lent Christmas Family Night with Santa, bonfire, hayride, etc.
